By downloading or using Luuri, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Luuri.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Luuri for personal or internal lawful use. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or exploit the app except as permitted by applicable law.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Luuri to:
- Violate laws or regulations.
- Generate or distribute harmful, abusive, or prohibited content.
- Interfere with app operation, security, or other users.
- Attempt to bypass technical or safety controls.
4. AI Feature Terms
Luuri may integrate third-party AI providers. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your context. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
5. No Professional Advice
Luuri and its AI output are provided for general information only and do not constitute medical, legal, financial, mental health, or other professional advice.
6. Disclaimers
Luuri is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrairieSoft Dev will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrairieSoft Dev from claims arising out of your misuse of Luuri or violation of these Terms.
9. Third-Party Services
Luuri may rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party service availability, changes, or policies.
10. Changes and Termination
We may modify these Terms or suspend features at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where PrairieSoft Dev operates, unless otherwise required by local law.
