This Privacy Policy explains how PrairieSoft Dev ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use Luuri. It applies to the app and this website.

2. Information We Process

Depending on enabled features, Luuri may process:

• Local app settings and preferences stored on your device.
• Messages you submit when chat features are used.
• Structured companion summaries and event metadata used for continuity features (such as insights, trend views, and reminders).
• Technical request metadata required for delivery, abuse prevention, and reliability diagnostics.
• Support information you provide via email.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide core app functions and user-requested features.
• Generate responses when you explicitly use chat features.
• Support companion features such as trend summaries, proactive check-ins, and timeline views.
• Detect and block unsafe or prohibited content categories.
• Operate, secure, and improve service quality.
• Respond to support requests and legal obligations.

4. AI Provider Processing

Luuri may integrate third-party LLM API providers for optional cloud intelligence features. If those features are enabled, submitted text may be sent to those providers for response generation and safety processing. Luuri is not the model provider. Provider-side retention and processing policies are governed by those providers' terms and privacy policies.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with service providers strictly necessary to operate app features (for example, AI inference infrastructure), subject to contractual and security controls.

6. Data Retention

Local app data remains on your device unless you remove the app or clear local records. Luuri is designed to use structured companion memory for continuity and avoid unnecessary long-term storage of full raw conversation content in long-term tracking flows. Server-side operational logs, where used, are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for security, troubleshooting, and compliance.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

Luuri is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe such information was provided, contact us for removal review.

9. Your Choices and Rights

• You can stop using optional cloud intelligence features at any time.
• You can request support help regarding privacy inquiries.
• You can remove local app data by uninstalling the app and deleting local app files.

10. International Use

If you access Luuri from outside your home region, your information may be processed in other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

11. Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date.
